Who handles your data
Data controller: Uriel Iglesias (private individual), owner of Seguros Andorra. For any question about your data, you can write to uriel@nf6.ai or use the contact form.
What data you give us
Only what you type in yourself. Your name and an email address so we can reply. A phone number, if you want us to call you. The kind of insurance you are looking for and your situation. And your answers to the questionnaire, plus your free-text message.
What we use it for
To answer you and point you in the right direction. Your question is only sent to the AFA-authorised insurer or intermediary that you choose, and only if you tick the box. We do not act as intermediaries or choose for you. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it whenever you want.
Where it is stored
In a database on the website's own server, which can only be accessed from a password-protected panel. It is not sent by email or to any other service. To fight spam, we keep an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address you write from for 24 hours.
How long we keep it
One year at most from the last time we were in touch with you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data and for its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to us processing it. Write to uriel@nf6.ai. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It only uses technical cookies, needed for the form and the team’s internal panel to work:
- `sa_ap`: marks the device that sends the form, to stop mass submissions. It is only sent to `/enviar.php`, stores no personal data and lasts 30 days.
- `san_panel`: internal panel session. It is deleted when the browser closes and expires after 8 hours without use.
- `san_disp`: remembers a team device that has already signed in to the panel. It lasts 180 days.
- `san_llave`: one-time sign-in link for the panel. It lasts 15 minutes.
Because they are technical, they do not need your consent.
